We’re excited to share the fantastic achievements of our Year 10 students in the UK Biology Challenge 2024. This one-hour test covers a wide range of biology topics, including British flora and fauna, making it even more challenging for our international students. Despite this, they did an incredible job!

This year our BISP students earned an impressive array of awards:

• 5 Silver Awards
• 7 Bronze Awards
• 9 Highly Commended Awards
• 10 Commended Awards

Mr. Gavin Terry, BISP Science Teacher, Head of Upper School, and IGCSE Coordinator, highlighted the unique challenges our students faced:

“It is even more of a challenge for our international students as many questions are about British flora and fauna…some of which not everyone will have heard of. We are incredibly proud of their dedication and hard work.” 

These students’ success is a testament to their passion for Biology and ability to excel despite the challenges and we are proud of their achievements.
