At BISP, we recognise the importance of fostering emotional wellbeing alongside academic development. To support this, Primary students recently engaged in a series of interactive stations designed to help them explore and express their emotions in a fun and creative way.

Set up near the Primary Foyer, these activities provided opportunities for self-expression and emotional awareness. At the Inside Out Feelings station, students identified and discussed emotions, while the Worry Box offered a safe space to share their thoughts. The Shake It Out station encouraged movement as a way to release emotions, allowing students to dance away their worries. Additional activities promoted mindfulness, self-reflection, and resilience-building strategies.

With the support of counsellors, teachers, coaches, interns, and our Year 13 former Head Student, this initiative equipped students with practical tools to understand and manage their emotions.

By integrating wellbeing into daily school life, BISP empowers students with lifelong skills to navigate challenges with confidence and resilience. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to this engaging and meaningful experience!
