The Early Years Halloween Celebration at BISP brought excitement and joy to our Nursery and Reception classes. The day was packed with creative activities, thrilling stories, and plenty of spooky fun!

In Nursery, one highlight was a captivating story show of The Little Red Riding Hood, with teachers dressed as the beloved characters. The children were delighted, eagerly recognising their teachers in costume and fully immersing themselves in the storytelling experience.

Both Nursery and Reception classes came together in the pod for a lively costume parade. The children proudly showed off their Halloween outfits and even showcased some impressive dance moves, bringing smiles and laughter to the morning.

The Halloween spirit continued with a variety of festive activities. Nursery children had a fantastic time making monster biscuits and creating Halloween-themed art, like pumpkin paintings and paper plate spiders. Their excitement and creativity shone through in every spooky masterpiece!

Meanwhile, Reception was full of energy as they made magical potions, hammered pumpkins, and played games like ‘pin the hat on the witch.’ One of the highlights was the mummy contest, where the children enthusiastically wrapped each other up in toilet paper to create the best mummies.

The day ended with Halloween parties for both Nursery and Reception. The children enjoyed spooky dancing and special snacks, wrapping up a celebration filled with laughter, creativity, and unforgettable Halloween memories.

A huge thank you to all the teachers and staff who made this day so special for our young learners, it was a fun-filled day and the children seemed to enjoy it.
