During the first few weeks of the new academic year, BISP Secondary school hosted a series of parent information sessions. The sessions were opened by BISP Secondary school Principal Neil Crossland and facilitated by the Key Stage Leaders  Jason Perkins, Tim Pearson and Lee Phillips. Each session gave parents the opportunity to understand the objectives of the year ahead, learn about the curriculum and have the opportunity to ask any academic questions they may have. 

The sessions were well attended and parents gave positive feedback regarding the insight gained during the sessions. While BISP leadership maintains an open door policy with parents throughout the year, sessions such as these are an opportunity for parents to be able to learn about the academic journey their children are on, and discuss how best to support them by maintaining a positive learning environment at home as in school.
