Kate

We are extremely proud of the way learning technology is used here at school to enhance and transform learning for our children. Kate Tucker, our Primary Librarian and Learning Technologies Teacher is a key driver in this, and we are proud to let you know that she has been recognised by Bett Asia – as one of the top 10 women in educational technology. You can read all about this on the Bett Asia Website at https://asia.bettshow.com/page/edtech-10-list.

If you would like to know more about Technology in the Primary School at BISP you can watch a video where BISP’s Primary Librarian and Technology Integrator Kate Tucker explains how we incorporate technology into the learning process to enhance our students’ education and prepare them for the future.

Our programme fosters essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving and digital literacy to provide a dynamic and engaging learning environment. Through computer science lessons, robotics activities and our learning spaces as well as teacher professional development opportunities our Primary School curriculum provides our students with fundamental skills for 21st-century learners and, eventually, 21st-century professionals.
