BTEC students researched, chose, planned, delivered, and evaluated a sporting initiative in the local area. The students visited Sunshine Village twice, which is a foster home for children in need, and delivered coaching and sporting sessions to improve sports participation among young, underprivileged children. The students lead different activities aimed at improving fundamental movement and coordination skills in a fun friendly environment.

Overall, the students’ visits to Sunshine Village not only provided much-needed support to the children in need but also fostered a love for sports and physical activity, empowering them with essential skills that will benefit them for years to come.
