The excitement was palpable on 11 December 2024 as the annual BISP Pull-Up Competition returned, bringing students and staff together for another round of friendly rivalry and house pride. From Year 1 to Year 13, students took to the bar, pushing their limits to score points for their house and showcase their strength.

The rules were simple yet challenging: complete as many pull-ups as possible to earn points, and to encourage as much participation as possible there was also a hanging option for those who can’t do an independent pull-up. The competition saw an incredible display of determination and camaraderie, with classmates cheering each other on and creating an electric atmosphere throughout the event.
