The PISAC Football Tournament took place at BISP on Saturday 11th November, bringing together international schools from Phuket and showcasing the talents of young athletes aged 7 to 13. With 7 schools, 17 teams, and nearly 200 participants, the 7-a-side competition was a vibrant display of sportsmanship and athleticism.

The BISP Cruzeiro U9 team demonstrated remarkable resilience in navigating the emotional rollercoaster of competitive matches. Despite facing a formidable opponent, they displayed remarkable growth since the start of the year, securing victory in 3 matches and finishing second overall.

Overcoming the challenges posed by recent illnesses among team members, the U11 team showcased unwavering determination and impressive skill. With a record of 3 wins, 1 draw, and 1 loss, they secured second place in the tournament, providing valuable insights ahead of the much anticipated Soccer 7s event.

The U13 category witnessed two BISP teams, both demonstrating exceptional competitive spirit in preparation for the upcoming Soccer 7s tournament. While the younger team initially struggled in their first match, they rallied to secure fourth place, showcasing their ability to adapt and perform under pressure. The older team, on the other hand, displayed dominance throughout the tournament, winning all their matches and claiming the coveted first-place title.
