Our IB students have once again performed well in this year’s United Kingdom Mathematics Trust (UKMT) Senior Maths Challenge, with an impressive 17 certificates awarded to our Year 12 and 13 students.
Our students took the Senior Maths Challenge paper earlier this academic year. The paper is designed to provide difficult mathematical problem-solving questions for students in Year 12 and Year 13 and is only taken by top students globally.
In Year 13, Na-Siam (Porpan) achieved Gold and the Best in School Award and in Year 12, Tania was awarded the Best in Year certificate. Mr Griffin, Head of Mathematics said, “Our students continue to do well on the world stage – well done to all the students involved for such excellent results.”
