BISP STEM Academy’s Liam is our first student to research, design, build, test and fly his own created aeroplane. Many others have flown in the past, though the planes previously had been built from plans. Liam has paved the way for students designing their own aircraft. Well done!
Also congratulations to BISTEK’s Por Pan and Min-Ha, who worked extremely hard along with the help of Oak and Bank in creating the hardware and programming the software (using C++) for the Mission Ship’s water tank depth sensors. This was a very challenging process which went through many prototypes. The installation will be completed next term, at the ship’s new location.
