The 20th BISP Soccer 7s is scheduled to take place on 22 and 23 November 2024. This event attracts international schools from throughout Asia, the Middle East and Oceania and is undoubtedly one of the biggest school-based football tournaments in the region. TEAMS and PLAYERS
Any team who fails to meet the conditions below will be disqualified from the tournament. At the discretion of the tournament organisers a disqualified team may be allowed to play games, but all results will be recorded as 6 – 0 defeats.
The Organising Committee reserves the right to make a final decision on any aspect of the rules.
Registrations for the tournament are now closed.
We will respond to all registrations within 5 working days, acknowledging the entry and invoicing a Baht 10,000 non-refundable deposit per team. If this invoice is not paid by the due date (normally 30 days from the issue date) then the team’s entry to the tournament will be canceled.
An invoice for the remaining Baht 11,000 per team will be issued in September with a due date of October 1st. Failure to pay this invoice by the due date WILL result in the team’s entry being canceled and the initial deposit will not be refunded.
Entries will be closed once an age group has reached the desired number of entries and we will waitlist or refuse any further entries to that age group. We anticipate this will occur well before the entry deadline in several age groups.
Teams are responsible for their own accommodation and transport. If you need any support or have any further questions regarding transport and/or accommodation please contact Khun Anne at [email protected]
We are looking forward to another year of exciting competition. Should you have any tournament questions, please contact myself, or for logistics and payments, contact Khun Anne, Business Development and Events Director at [email protected]

Every participant will receive a BISP Soccer 7s tournament souvenir.
Water (participants are encouraged to bring their own water bottle) will be supplied throughout the tournament, and a mid-morning snack of fruit each day. Lunch for participants is available from the school refectory on Friday and Saturday. These costs are included in the participation fee.
On Friday and Saturday evenings, a meal can be provided but this will be at an additional cost of Baht 200 per person per meal.
There will also be a variety of snack bars and food stalls operating where both spectators and competitors can purchase sports drinks and extra food.
First games kick off at 7.30am Friday November 22nd. Last Kick off on Friday will be approximately 5.30pm.
On Saturday November 23rd, first games kick off at 7am and the closing ceremony will end at approximately 6.30pm.
The fixture lists will be distributed in mid-November through cup manager. We aim for most teams to play 6 games, with no team playing less than 5 or more than 9 games. Games will be split between a round-robin phase, mainly on Friday followed by a knock-out phase completed on Saturday.
Age groups for both boys and girls will be: Under 11, Under 13, Under 15 and Under 19 (Seniors)
Age limits will be strictly enforced. Ages are taken as of August 1st. For example, anyone playing in U11 needs to be 10 or younger on August 1st, 2023. The maximum squad size is 12, players can only play for one team and must be a full-time student of the school they represent.
We respectfully request that you do not leave the tournament before the awards ceremony has been completed to support all the participants in the event.
