This Term, BISP is pleased to offer a selection of sports and fitness activities designed exclusively for parents. Whether you’re looking to stay active, learn a new skill or simply connect with others in our school community, there’s something to suit every interest and ability level.

We’re especially excited to introduce a brand new Yoga session, perfect for building strength, flexibility and mindfulness.

🎾 Tennis – improve your game with support from our experienced coaches
🤸‍♀️ Aerial Fitness with MidAir Circus – fun, full-body sessions in Aerial Hammock/Silks and Stretch. All levels welcome!
Golf – take to the course and develop your skills in a fun, relaxed setting

From the 23rd of April, BISP Parents are invited to join Yoga instructor, Barbora for a FREE weekly morning yoga session.

LTS SwimAdult Masters & Learn To Swim Classes for Parents

During Term 3 the BISP Swim Coaches will run BISP Masters and Adult Learn To Swim (LTS) classes on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 8:00 to 9:00 AM.

Boot Camp

BISP Parent’s Boot Camp

The BISP Parent’s Boot Camp offers a dynamic physical activity aimed at promoting fitness through functional movements. Led by our football coaches, these sessions are open to all parents, regardless of their fitness level. There is no cost for parents interested in participating. What to Bring: Please wear comfortable gym clothes and training shoes, carry a water bottle, and bring a physical training mat along.

Whether you’re looking to improve your skills or simply enjoy a fun workout, our sessions cater to all levels. Join us every weekday morning, Monday to Friday, with Adult Tennis classes from 8-9 am and 9-10 am. Plus, don’t miss our Cardio Tennis sessions designed to get your heart pumping—available Wednesdays at 7 pm.
